A New Kitten!!

This is snow bunny with our newest kitten!! She has no name as of now, but a name is soon to come. She is 12 weeks old and adorable. Rainbow-Patches-Cookie- Princess-only time will tell!!

Raining cats and dogs!!

We had torrential rain last night!! It was crazy, so we got crazy!! Everyone had a great time, nothing like acting like a kid!!!!

We stopped in Chama New Mexico on the way home. Snow Bunny and Ginger her faithful companion got a look at the cool train.
We had a fun picnic near Durango. Beautiful mountain meadow next to a lake near Valecinto . You can't see Ginger and Rocky because they are off chasing small creatures and playing in the water. By the time we left her our yellow lab was looking like a chocolate!! And yes that is Aunt Kiss out in the sunshine having fun!!!
We took a ride to the end of the trail above Pagosa Springs, absolutely stunning. We all agreed this was the most beautiful place we had seen the entire trip!

Summer vacation 2008 Colorado and New Mexico

This summer we took our annual vacation to the mountains!! My sister went with us this year as well as both dogs!! This is playing in a creek in the mountains!!Brrrrr!!
Snow Bunny got her first lesson in BB guns!! When your dad is a hunter this is a part of life! By the way she sdid really well.
This is snow bunny on Black Star she actually riding alone! The leader of the trail ride had her on lead but she rode alone!!
Yep the high light of her trip!! Talked about it nonstop!!

Colorado and New Mexico Vacation

The highlight of the trip for snow bunny was a ride on Black Star!!! And yes she rode alone!!EEEK!!
It was a beautiful ride up and down the mountain!! My horse Misty was very responsive and quick, a joy to ride(not a trail horse!!)

Visiting Grama Nancy was a big treat!! She is in her own room now. My Grandad passed away earlier this summer, he had a good long life. We were sorry we were not able to visit him one more time!! Grama did give us some of his wonderful artwork !!

Vacation 2008 Colorado and New Mexico

We had a wonderful visit with Grama Nancy, and were lucky enough to be there when all the sisters were going to lunch! It was a joy seeing everyone!!

On the drive home we allways like to stop at this forest area to see all the beautiful formations. Even got my sister to climb to the top of this huge rock. Snow bunny couldn't wait to start climbing!!
Casanova was very happy to see snow bunny and they cuddled for a while!!!
