Yesterday our family went to a park nearby. We went for a 3 mile bike ride and snow bunny made it the whole way!!
We stopped and picked up pecans to crack and eat--they were great!!
Snow bunny also found a caterpiller which got a ride for a few miles thru the park.

We stopped at a few of the exercise areas and tryed to get into the pullups and etc. Daddy and snow bunny did great mommy needs to get busy!!


We stopped for an imprompt lunch and really enjoyed the break. A really fun family day for all of us!

Two weeks again!

Snow Bunny has begun to ride her bike a bunch and likes to try her wilder side out now and then with a quick ride with Daddy running along beside her and holding the bike up!!
It's that time of year and we went to the pumpkin patch and picked out a few pumpkins, Ok quite a few!!
Today was a beautiful fall day with lots of pretty sunshine and cooler weather!! We took a walk in the nature center today! It was so nice and we had a blast.
Tonight Snow bunny tried on her Halloween outfit for her nana and papa. Nothing like a dress which twirls and has sequins. When I asked her what she wanted to be for Halloween she said she wanted sparkles and glitter...didn't care if it was a kitten or a princess whichever had the most sparkles and glitter!!! Wonder where she gets that from..ha ha ha!!
There is just nothing like a visit with Nana and Papa. We had a really fun time tonight. Every time we get together we all keep saying how we need to do it more often. I'll work on that one!!

STATE FAIR

Gammie, Papa, Aunt Kiss and the rest of us went to the state fair today!! So much fun. Snow bunny was tall enough this year to actually ride a few rides!! She had a blast!! We had practiced standing tall and she did great. She is just under 36 inches and that is the height the kids have to be!! So she learned how to stand tall!!
FUN!!
We all had a great time...corn dogs--cotton candy---coke---turkey legs---umm!!!

A busy week

Last week part of our playgroup had our pumpkin pictures done. It was a beautiful day. We are looking forward to taking more pictures with the whole group. Snow bunny has spent a lot of time in the last few weeks wanting to know what she was like as a baby! Habits etc.!! So she has also spent a lot of time playing in the crib.
Our cat the Mouser has been very busy lately. He used to bring them home and kill them in the bath tub, that was ok...then he decided it would be more fun to play with them for a while so now he brings them inside (from a field down the street and thru the doggie door) to the living room and plays hide and seek with them!!! EEK!! So now every now and then I have to catch a mouse, and it is just like in the cartoons!! Snow bunny and I watched him a few mornings ago for about an hour(far better than TV). Then snow bunny got a lesson in the way cat and mice finish their games...she seemed to be fine with it. So every time we hear the cat come in meowing Snow instructor and I are leaping out of bed and trying to find the cat and see what he brought us this visit.

First hair salon cut!!

Snow bunny and I had our first professional hair cut yesterday. Snow bunny did great! We had practiced staying still and she did great!! She also got a really cute hair cut. Up till now I have been doing them myself. Thought it was time to get a real haircut from a professional.
She loves being a big kid!! I'll post the final cut later!!
