Welcome to The Warming Hut!! Our escape from the cold and crazy world. Our family includes my dear husband the ski instructor, my beautiful and energetic daughter the snow bunny, my son the downhill dude and myself the ski patrol! I look forward to sharing the many magical moments in our world!!!

Just north of Pagosa Springs is a place we always visit. The humming birds will land right on your finger if you are patient enough!! A humming bird landed on ou neice and nephews hands!! Snow bunny was a little too busy eating her ice cream!!
This is a shot of main street Silverton. We stayed across the street from here for three nights. A great central location in a small mountain town. Everyone is so nice here.

Snow Bunny has really started to enjoy speed and more speed!! She really had a fun time today with her play group. We sure did miss Deshing Darling , and look forward to pix from China!!

We had a wonderful vacation!! We took our neice and nephew along for the adventure...one of the best decisions we have ever made!!! They were great and we had a blast!! Snow bunny loved spending the special time with them, and I know they had a great time also. We visited some of the ancient ruins in Mesa Verde Colorado. So amazing and a wonderful fun time.
We stopped off at the gorge in New Mexico. Really deep and really cool. Nothing like sitting on the edge of the world!! By the way neice is afraid of heights!! Can you say GO GIRL!!!
We checked out a lot of the mountains in southwestern Colorado. This was taken near Pagosa Springs. Nephew couldn't wait to get down there and fish!!
This was taken on our 4 wheeling day. We rented a Jeep and played for one really long day. This was taken on top of the world!!! It was soooo beautiful. We were at approx. 13,500 ...like I said top of the world. I will try to add more pictures in the next few days. It was an excellent trip!!!!
This is a picture of Doodlebug, she is Deshing Darlings new sister. This picture was taken in China in her orphanage. Her family is leaving in two weeks to bring her home. This is a special birthday party service you can pay for ...what a wonderful thing for everyone.

Snow Bunny and Cheerleader had their last summer ballet and tumbling class!! They had a really good time. They both really like their teacher. Next Fall (three weeks away) we start ballet and tap! Cool shoes that are supposed to make noise!!
